How can I reserve?

The reservation process consists of 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Enter the location and duration of your rental request.
Step 2: Choose your favorite vehicle from our fleet.
Step 3: Submit the reservation form with your contact details.
If you have specific questions or special requests, please use the contact form on the homepage. The more precisely you tell us what you want, the more purposefully we can answer you.
Please add your personal details after you have made your vehicle selection and clicked the "Reserve" button. As soon as your reservation has been received, you will receive the reservation confirmation by e-mail. rental period

The shortest rental period is 24 hours. If the vehicle is not delivered at the contractually agreed time, 1/3 of the daily fee will be charged for each additional hour. Delays totaling more than 3 hours will incur a full day fee including CDW fee (Insurance and Vehicle Fee). In case of delay, you must inform us 1 day in advance about the problem. The vehicle in question may have been booked for another customer.

long term rentals

For long-term rentals, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special price applies. You can call our center through our contact numbers for information about the price and conditions.

one-way rentals

If the vehicle is returned from the city where it was picked up to another city or vice versa, a one-way fee will be charged regardless of the rental period. You can call our reservations center for information on one-way rates.

How is the vehicle delivered?

* Vehicle handover at the airport

We will be waiting for you on the delivery day of your vehicle in a park just opposite the entrance gate of the international departures terminal. After exiting the terminal arrival gate, we will meet you about 50 meters further. After the airport taxi rank, we will meet you waiting with your vehicle in front of the at the Traway elevator parked on you street. If we cannot meet (sometimes we have to do a guided tour of the terminal due to parking problems) you can call us immediately on our phone and whatsapp numbers. * Car delivery at the hotel

Your Vehicle According to the reservation information you have confirmed, we will be waiting at the main entrance of your hotel (since we were not allowed into the hotel) at the requested date and time. On the day of vehicle collection, please have your driver's license and photocopies of your ID (front and back) ready and we kindly ask you to be present at the main entrance of the hotel on the day and time specified in the reservation. Driving license and rental car condition

People who are at least 21 years old and have a 2-year driver's license can rent a car. For luxury vehicles, people who are at least 22 years old and have a 3-year driver's license can rent a car.

additional driver

In addition to the main renter with the information on the rental agreement, if other drivers want to use the vehicle in addition to the main renter, photocopies of the driver's license and passport or photocopy of the identity card must also be presented and the rental agreement signed. The second driver is free, and from the third driver onwards an additional fee must be paid as "International Driver Rules". In the event of an adverse situation of unregistered drivers or in the event of an accident, all costs and penalties will be paid by the main renter without objection or collected from the main renter without objection.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include unlimited mileage, no ifs or buts! If you pick up your vehicle directly at the airport, you don't pay any additional fees. Deliveries to your desired address within a radius of 25 km around Antalya are also free of charge.
A staggered surcharge applies to deliveries over 25 kilometers from Antalya. If in doubt, please contact us beforehand.
Comprehensive insurance is included in all prices on our website. As soon as you have made a binding booking, there will be no subsequent price increase. The earlier you book, the better it is for you.
